– directly: in Poland in all administrative procedures before the Patent Office, abroad in regional procedures before the European Patent Office (EPO), in all procedures before the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), and the International Bureau of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) in the field of international marks and in the procedure under the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT), which allows filing a single international patent application with the designation of the requested bundle of national and regional patent rights in subsequent stages of this procedure. Our services also relate to appeal procedures before Polish administrative courts and civil law procedures before Polish common courts in the field of intellectual property law;
– indirectly – in cooperation with domestic attorneys: in domestic administrative and civil law procedures before the relevant authorities and common courts, separately in each country.
