Their scope covers all areas of intellectual property rights in Poland and to/from Poland, i.e.: rights to/from patents; rights to/from registration of trademarks; rights to/from registration of industrial designs; rights to/from registration of utility models in countries whose laws allow it.

Each of the procedural stages is preceded by recognition of their subject matter qualification and suitability in the current and strategically foreseeable market situation; examination of the capacity for legal protection of the agreed objects; estimation of the scale of legal, economic and financial risks. The stages preceding the acquisition of the requested exclusive rights are the most labor-intensive, but often their results can protect entrepreneurs, currently or after the implementation of innovations, including in the export strategy, from clashing with infringements of competitive rights to: production, market, clientele.

To the full extent, we represent the holders of European patents in matters of ensuring the effects of patent protection in Poland, in particular by validating and maintaining the validity of granted European patents.
